At Rushorderpod, we take pride in providing high-quality print on demand products, custom apparel printing, and premium DTF transfers. Because all products are custom-made specifically for each order, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Printed Products
All products sold by Rushorderpod are considered custom-made and are produced based on the artwork, sizes, colors, and selections provided by the customer at checkout.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Design placement approved by the customer
- Spelling or artwork errors submitted by the customer
- Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
- Customer-uploaded low-resolution artwork
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please double-check all order details before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect compared to your order confirmation
Please contact Rushorderpod within 5 business days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund when applicable
DTF Transfer Orders
All DTF transfer orders are printed exactly as uploaded by the customer.
Rushorderpod is not responsible for issues related to:
- Low-quality artwork
- Transparent or ghost pixels
- Incorrect sizing uploaded by the customer
- Improper heat press application
- Incorrect press settings
- Failure to follow pressing instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready before submitting an order.
Print Quality & Color Variations
While we strive for accurate and vibrant printing, slight color differences may occur due to:
- Screen brightness/settings
- Fabric material
- Ink absorption
- Production processes
Minor color variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled because custom products are made specifically for the customer.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately.
Shipping Issues
Rushorderpod is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If a package issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when applicable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
